Dennis is an exceptional, charismatic leader. He displayed transformational development and planning skills. Dennis has the ability to change an idea into a practical application. He was a pleasure to work with and always inspiring. Dennis is not only a leader, a team member, but an exceptional hard worker, who stands out for all the right reasons. Dennis and I worked in different regions during WIMAX launch. We met at a Leadership program in a small group chosen to work with senior leaders in the company. Ever since the first group meeting, I identified him as a leader who has the passion and outlook to take on more responsibilities. He is poised, determined and strategic in the way he conducts business.
Later on in our career, I had the opportunity to work with him more closely in the Texas region. During this period, he was instrumental to our team in delivering results in all channels ! In many occasions, I found myself consulting with him regarding various business decisions.
Dennis and I have worked together at two different companies, Verizon Wireless, and now Clearwire. To this day, Dennis is the best boss I’ve ever had. He is easy going, brilliant, great with customers and with his employees and coworkers. His sense of humor makes him a pleasure to work with every day, and his unmatched professionalism has brought him great success throughout his career. I first met Dennis at a regional managers’ meeting in Las Vegas. At the time he was the General Manager of the Houston market for CLEAR. During our interactions, Dennis showcased his ability to share ideas, work through market difficulties and provide valuable feedback to the group.
I then had the privilege of working closer with Dennis when he moved into the west region as the Regional Director of Las Vegas. From there, Dennis and I worked together on retail projects, indirect distribution growth plans and various other projects. His insight into each market is valuable. His ability to understand the cycle of the business and what needs to be accomplished is second to none.
Dennis brings an exciting flavor to a sales team. He’s a proven leader who people love to work for and work with. His creativity and passion are two attributes that he holds that are second to none. Most importantly, he brings deliverable results in all he does.
Dennis is a detail oriented manager who is a team player and has a creative approach to getting the job done. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dennis over the last few years. I can say without hesitation that Dennis was a pleasure to work with and would be a positive influence on any team.
